Welcome to (the “Site”). The Site is a website of Waypoint Health Innovations, LLC (“Waypoint” “we,” “us” etc.), a Wisconsin limited liability company. This Policy applies to information that the Site collects as a result of your visit to the Site, including information that personally identifies you (other than publicly available information) (“personal information”) that is collected on the Site. This Policy is designed to help you understand how the Site collects information related to your visit to the Site and how Waypoint uses and discloses that information.

Use of the site or provision of any personal information on or to the Site constitutes agreement to this Policy. Do not use the site or provide information on or to the Site (or allow others to do so on your behalf) if you (and your principal if you are acting as an agent) do not agree with this Policy.

Non-personally-identifying information

The Site may collect non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, screen resolution, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visit. Additionally, the Site may use cookies and record the IP address of visitors to the Site. See below for more information about cookies and IP addresses. Waypoint’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand the types of visitors that that come to the Site and how they use the Site.

The Site uses cookies to help Waypoint identify and track visitors, their usage of the Site, and their website access preferences. Internet Protocol (IP) Address

Waypoint discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Waypoint’s behalf, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Waypoint will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Waypoint discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Waypoint believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Waypoint, third parties or the public at large. If you have supplied your email address to Waypoint using the Contact Us form or through some other method, Waypoint may occasionally send you an email to tell you about product or company news, solicit your feedback, or other topics relevant to Waypoint.

The Site may contain links to websites that are not operated by Waypoint. Waypoint does not have any control over the privacy and security policies websites not operated by Waypoint, nor does this Policy apply to such websites. If you follow a link to a website not operated by Waypoint, Waypoint is not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to such website.

Policy changes

Waypoint may change this Policy from time to time, and in Waypoint’s sole discretion. Waypoint encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to this Policy. Your continued use of the Site after any change in this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.


Waypoint operates websites other than The privacy policy applicable to does not apply to websites other than Waypoint’s other websites have different privacy policies, which are posted on those websites. If a Waypoint-operated website collects individually identifiable health information, the privacy, security, hosting, and management policies for that website will comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or other applicable governing law.
